This is a rental event presented by an independent organizer. While our venue manages ticketing and provides the facility, event content, pricing, scheduling, and production details are determined by the renter. Event staffing and technical services may be provided by either venue staff or the event organizer, depending on the nature of the event.

Ticketing
When arriving for an outdoor or indoor event at the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center, please have your ticket ready prior to arriving at the venue. If you are having trouble finding your ticket, please watch the video below. Our box office is also available to assist and can be reached Tuesday & Thursday from 4PM-8PM at 909-500-7714.
YPAC Ticket Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase, except for approved showtime changes as outlined below.
Showtime Changes:
Customers who need to change their showtime may request a transfer to another available performance of the same or similar YPAC Live event. Showtime changes are not available for rental performances. Requests must be made at least one (1) week prior to the event and are subject to availability and approval by the Box Office Manager. Requests received less than one week before the event will not be considered.
Seat Transfers:
Seat transfers may be considered only if the Box Office is notified at least one (1) week prior to the event. All transfer requests are subject to the approval of the Box Office Manager. Requests received less than one week before the event will not be considered.
YPAC-Initiated Seat Changes:
YPAC reserves the right to relocate a customer’s seat when necessary for operational reasons, including but not limited to venue changes, overbooking, accessibility requirements, or other circumstances affecting seating arrangements. When possible, YPAC will provide the customer with comparable seating.

Service Animal Program/Pet Policy
Accessibility Service Animals: Persons with disabilities and their service dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for those persons with disabilities are welcome at the concert, as are those training service animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Due to large-scale animal service fraud, and for the protection of all concert patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Entrance Gate immediately upon entry to the site.
Any service animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship, is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Care of the service animal is the sole responsibility of the owner, including cleanup. Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
