Man of La Mancha is a timeless musical that explores the fascinating themes of illusion, sanity, and madness. It tells the story of a man who refuses to give up on his impossible dream, and raises challenging questions about the transformative powers of grace and redemption. Inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’ seventeenth-century masterpiece Don Quixote, this classic Broadway musical is full of laughter, love, and unruly windmills. With a score that includes the touching ode to romance, “Dulcinea;” the heroic, “I, Don Quixote;” and the unforgettable, “The Impossible Dream,” Man of La Mancha is a moving tale that will leave you breathless. It has won five Tony Awards® and is one of the world’s most successful musicals.
