No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase, except for approved showtime changes as outlined below.

 Showtime Changes:
Customers who need to change their showtime may request a transfer to another available performance of the same or similar YPAC Live event. Showtime changes are not available for rental performances. Requests must be made at least one (1) week prior to the event and are subject to availability and approval by the Box Office Manager. Requests received less than one week before the event will not be considered.

 Seat Transfers:
Seat transfers may be considered only if the Box Office is notified at least one (1) week prior to the event. All transfer requests are subject to the approval of the Box Office Manager. Requests received less than one week before the event will not be considered.

 YPAC-Initiated Seat Changes:
YPAC reserves the right to relocate a customer’s seat when necessary for operational reasons, including but not limited to venue changes, overbooking, accessibility requirements, or other circumstances affecting seating arrangements. When possible, YPAC will provide the customer with comparable seating.

We are a cashless venue, and do not have an ATM on the premises. This applies to show/event tickets, concessions, and anything run from the YPAC for a city festival.

*note, vendors and bands may still take cash at events on their own.

The Yucaipa Performing Arts Center has NO association with StubHub, Vivid Seats, or any third-party resellers. Tickets purchased from these sites may not be valid for entry. Any tickets purchased from a third party may not give the buyer access to the ticket and its benefits. Purchasing tickets through these websites can run the risk of theft of your debit/credit card information, collecting your personal information, selling you counterfeit tickets to an event, or charging you an inflated price for a ticket. The only acceptable tickets for entry must come through Ticketmaster.com. We encourage you to purchase tickets only through yucaipaperformingarts.org, ticketmaster.com, or our box office to avoid the issues aforementioned. Please check your URL address bar and website details before you purchase.

The venue, and our food and beverage concessions, generally open 1 hour before the stated show time.

The YPAC has wheelchair accessible seating areas. To purchase tickets for any special needs please call 909-500-7714. Limited parking is available for any persons with disabilities or those who require additional assistance. If you need special assistance, please let a YPAC representative know upon entering the gates. Assisted listening devices are available for no charge from the YPAC Box Office. Photo ID is required as a deposit.

On performance days the Box Office is open from 90 minutes prior to showtime until 30 minutes after showtime, or until the end of intermission, if there is one.

YPAC Outdoor Concerts: Guests are welcome to bring one (1) sealed bottle of water into the venue. No refillable containers or other outside beverages are permitted inside the venue. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale to guests 21+. No outside food is allowed, however, we will have a food vendor available.
